![]() ![]() Never reminds you about unconfigured devices or setting up an SMTP service. If someone knows if I did something wrong or if I can fix this some otherway I would be really glad. Only asks if you want to configure the unconfigured device or set up an SMTP service when you launch Qfinder Pro. I guess easiest thing would be to temporarely put up my old Lyra mesh as they were, but had some connection issues lately, so this will need to wait until the weekend. I can turn it on and off with the power button and network connection lights are on. ![]() I hope the raid drives are OK and of course my NAS as well. I guess I have two (or three problems), but first of all I need to somehow access my NAS and then I assume I need to change the IP, right? Or could it be the Asus firewall (settings), even though the Lyras has a similar firewall? At one point Qfinder anctually listed it with the old IP as I was changing, but couldn't connect. I also have an ethernet swith, to which I earlier connected my NAS, but now I tried both router and switch back and fourth. I even tried to set the MAC-address of my NAS to a specific IP truogh my router, but this didn't work either. I had a similar problem with a Asus router (ax55 supporting aiMesh) earlier, but decided to return it, as I couldn't access my NAS and didn't have any interest to start digging in to the issue back then. I connected the lan cable, which I usually have connected to my mesh, to the NAS and changed my Ethernet-settings in Win 11 to static IP (IPv4): 169.254.100.99 and submask: 255.255.0.0 and opened Qfinder Pro, but it couldn't find it. I however checked how to connect directly with my PC to my NAS, but this didn't work. I have my old Lyras still, so I might go back to them if needed. Now it's turned steady red.Īnyhow after changing from a Asus Lyra mesh to an Asus ZenWiFi XT8 mesh I haven't been able to access it. There was a notification, that said something about the raid rebuild and I found a topic on solving it, but I haven't tried it yet. The rebuild finnished and I could access my TS-351 NAS fine. Anyhow I also swapped out a raid-disk and did a rebuild. ![]() 4x 1TB WD RE3 (WD1002FBYS) EXT4 Raid5 QNAP TS-253D (Truenas Scale) Mobile NAS TBS-453DX w. I have a ticket open with QNAP as well.Hi, I have a problem and I think it has to do with me changing my router, but I'm not sure. 4x 2TB Samsung F3 (HD203WI) RaidZ1 ZFS + 8gb ddr3 Crucial QNAP TL-D400S 2x 4TB WD Red Nas (WD40EFRX) 2x 4TB Seagate Ironwolf, Raid5 QNAP TS-509 Pro w. I think I might have taken a misstep somewhere Wondering if someone might have come across something similar. I have installed Qfinder Pro on Windows 10 and it says it cant find a device. I searched for the software and what I ended up with was not a Windows program. The QTS login screen opens in the default web browser. The web view said I had to install some software but there was no link. Locate the NAS in the list, and then double-click the name or IP address. Especifique su nombre de usuario y contraseña. La pantalla de inicio de sesión de QTS se abrirá en el navegador web predeterminado. Localice el NAS en la lista y haga doble clic en el nombre o la dirección IP. Maybe its rebuilding the RAID? Router does not list the IP as connected anymore. Qfinder Pro automatically searches for all QNAP NAS devices on the network. Qfinder Pro busca automáticamente todos los dispositivos QNAP NAS en la red. HDMI output keeps showing "starting" with a cube on the top. Once I power off the NAS, connect the drives again. The following OS versions are supported: Go to the QNAP utilities download page to download the latest version of Qfinder Pro. I have setup the IP as static IP in the router.ĥ. QNAP Qfinder Pro 7.9.1.817: QNAP Qfinder Pro allows you to find and access the Turbo NAS over the LAN. Qfinder Pro supports Windows, Windows Server, macOS, and Ubuntu Linux. Moreover, when visiting the NAS IP - it takes me to the setup page for the NAS. After booting up, HDMI display shows a page advising no disks were found and that they will need to be formatted once installed. Switched on the NAS and it started showing up in Qfinder. Power off and removed all HD and nvme drives. If it doesnt work, pls contact your distributor or our technical support asap. The status led started flashing the red/green light. You may replace the network cable and try again. Press and hold the reset button till I heard 1 beep only (pretty sure pressed longer than 10 secs as there was no beep ). ![]() NAS was still not showing up in qfinder pro.Ģ. Tried directly connecting to qnap via pc using qfinder pro and setting ethernet in as .x and 255.255.0.0 mask. All 4 hd lights are green, network light blinks amber.ġ. However, after restarting the NAS - it has not been getting an IP anymore. Switched on DHCP on the router and disconnected the NAS. Yesterday WiFi was not working in the home and ended up finding none of the devices were getting IPs along with the NAS. I was running DHCP using pi-hole in a container on my NAS. ![]()
